- Blocked toilet (if there's no second toilet)
- Serious roof or gas leak
- Electrical faults (exposed wires, faulty outlets)
- Flooding or storm damage
- Loss of essential services (gas, electricity, hot water)

For urgent repairs outside regular hours, call 0800 736 854. These repairs require immediate attention to ensure safety and security.
What Qualifies as an Emergency?
- Life-threatening situations: Fire, severe flooding, gas leaks – call 111 first, then notify Rentlink.
- Safety hazards: Broken windows or doors after a break-in, exposed electrical wires.
- Major plumbing issues: Burst pipes or water leaks causing damage or loss of essential services.
For non-urgent issues, like minor leaks or faulty appliances, please submit a maintenance request through our Tapi platform during business hours. We'll address your request promptly.
